Catherine Pastrikos Kelly – Director, General Counsel

Catherine Pastrikos Kelly is an attorney specializing in assisting clients with matters that involve substantial financial or business exposure and cutting-edge legal issues. Catherine has earned a reputation as a creative and successful attorney practicing extensively in the field of complex commercial litigation. In litigating her cases, Catherine's singular goal is to achieve consistently higher than expected outcomes for clients.

Catherine has many years of experience pursuing client interests in all forums including state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals around the world in matters involving contract, tort, shareholder, director and officer, hospitality, securities, insurance, environmental, intellectual property and construction. Catherine also has trial experience in various state and federal courts and in arbitration tribunals. Most importantly, Catherine is a trusted counselor and advisor to clients across various industries and on different issues.

Joanna Pastrikos – Director of Events

Joanna Pastrikos is an event planner, specializing in weddings and social events, who previously worked for leading catering and event companies like A Joy Wallace in Miami and Abigail Kirsch in New York City. Most recently Joanna planned events and conferences for the executive team at Citigroup. Joanna graduated from Johnson & Wales University. Joanna is excited to bring her expertise to the Children’s Light Foundation for the underprivileged children.

Andrew Pastrikos – President

Andrew Pastrikos, owns Roscoe Capital Management, an investment advisory firm specializing in managing portfolios for individuals and families. Andrew has cared deeply for children’s causes throughout his life and has previously served on boards for children’s charities. Andrew believes that all children have unlimited potential – it’s up to us as a society to help them unlock it.

​Jennifer Clark, Board Member
Jennifer is Associate Vice President of Healthcare Sales for New Jersey
Advance Media. Jennifer is passionate about children’s causes, particularly
those involving foster kids.

Tiffany Williams, Board Member
Tiffany is the Executive Vice President and President of the Fort Myers office
of FineMark National Bank & Trust. Tiffany volunteers for various children’s
causes, including Big Brother’s Big Sister’s Beyond School Walls program.

Anna Vratsinis, Board Member
Anna is Regional Sales Manager, South Florida Market, of Boston Mutual Life
Insurance. Because of her background in teaching, Anna is passionate about
causes benefiting children in need, especially those in foster care

Rachel Anderson, Board Member 
Rachel Anderson is a part of the public relations team at Priority Marketing in Fort Myers, and the former host of More Explores at ABC-7. She enjoys sharing stories and making an impact in the lives of entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and the people who call Southwest Florida home. Rachel is passionate about the mission of Children's Light Foundation and she's eager to help generate support and awareness for the children CLF supports.
